1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the krikey platform ("Site") and all its services. By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read these Terms in full and agreed to comply with them.

krikey operates an online casino and sports betting platform for players in Bangladesh. In these Terms, "member", "you" or "user" refers to any person who is registered on or using the site.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account at krikey and participate in any gaming or betting activity, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

At the time of registration, you must confirm that:

• You are 21 years of age or older;
• You are registering under your own identity, not on behalf of anyone else;
• All information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete;
• You have not previously been banned from krikey for any reason.

If age verification is required, krikey may request an identity document or proof of age at any time. The account may be temporarily restricted until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each person may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be confiscated.

3.1 Protecting Login Details

You must keep your account password and login details completely confidential. This information must not be shared with anyone else. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If your login details are lost or you suspect unauthorised access, contact krikey support immediately.

3.2 Updating Your Information

If any details provided at registration change — such as your mobile number or payment account — you must notify krikey support straight away. krikey is not responsible for any payment-related issues caused by outdated or incorrect information.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure payments and prevent fraud, krikey reserves the right to verify a member's identity when necessary. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

Any of the following documents may be requested during verification:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport;
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement);
• Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile banking account used;
• A clear selfie photo (if required).

Large withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in account closure.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits at krikey can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳200. Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. A withdrawal request normally takes 5 to 30 minutes to process.

5.3 Account Ownership

Using a third-party payment account to make deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the account will be placed under investigation and payments may be suspended.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

krikey offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and these apply separately.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To make the bonus withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, and a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only usable on eligible games; the terms of each offer are separate;
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met;
• A member cannot claim a specific bonus more than once;
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, krikey reserves the right to cancel the bonus;
• The deposit amount and the bonus are always separate — the bonus cannot be treated as free money.

6.3 Other Promotions

Various offers are available including weekly deposit offers, slots festival bonuses, cricket special offers, and birthday rewards. Each promotion has a specific duration and wagering conditions, which are detailed on the promotions page.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

krikey reserves the right to cancel any bet due to a technical error, incorrect odds display, or any other reasonable cause. In such cases, the original stake placed will be returned to the member's account.

7.2 Determining Results

For sports betting, payments are made based on the official result announcement. In the event of a dispute over any result, the decision of krikey management shall be considered final.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a disconnection, power outage, or other technical reason, krikey will determine the result based on data stored on its servers. krikey is not responsible for losses caused by issues with the member's own device.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the krikey platform and will result in account closure:

• Participation in money laundering or fraudulent transactions;
• Operating multiple accounts to manipulate the bonus system;
• Using software bots or automation tools to influence game outcomes;
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation;
• Any attempt to undermine the security of the platform;
• Registering with false or misleading information;
• Conducting transactions using a third party's funds.

If evidence of any such activity is found, krikey reserves the right to notify the relevant legal authorities.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 krikey's Rights

krikey reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification;
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity;
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion.

9.2 Closure at Member's Request

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact support. In accordance with the self-exclusion policy described in the Responsible Gaming guidelines, a member may take a break from gaming for a set period or permanently.

10 Limitation of Liability

Online gaming and betting are speculative and carry risk. By participating on the krikey platform, the member acknowledges and accepts this risk.

krikey does not accept responsibility for the following:

• Financial losses incurred by the member on their bets;
• Interrupted gameplay due to internet connection or device issues;
• Errors in third-party software or services;
• Account losses resulting from the member disclosing their own login details.

11 Privacy and Personal Data

krikey uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal data secure. Member data is not sold to any third party. However, where required by legal obligation or for the purpose of an investigation, relevant information may be provided to the appropriate authorities.

12 Right to Amend Terms

krikey reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, a notice will be posted on the site and the "Last Updated" date will change.

If you continue using the site after the Terms have been amended, you will be considered to have accepted the new Terms. For this reason, you are advised to check this page regularly.
